OurCuisine

Atithi Cuisine is majorly based on nature-loving, authentic Indian recipes and curation of our head chef Devendra Kumar. Our General Manger Hari Bhatt, has worked on all of our wellness and nutritional aspects of our cuisine. Our cuisine is also nourished by our mothers and wives recipes which were used in our houses since our ancestral days.
Along side the regular naan & curries, we have food from all over the India for all the ages, religions, taste, cultures and upbringings. A special starter on our menu is Paani Poorie (golgappe platter), a famous Indian street dish that consists of hollow, crispy wheat-flour-balls that you fill with spicy water. A small challenge there, because if you tear too greedily you will be flooded. Mango lassi, probably the most popular smoothie in India and our most selling item. Chola Bhatura from north India is as authentic as you can get only in North India. Masala Dosa is our speciality from South India.
Our Mother curries have aromatic, digestive herbs and spices that not only make the dish palatable but very good for your nutritional enhancement. We would recommend it to anyone who loves the (spicy and non spicy) Indian cuisine, but certainly also to the less experienced exotic eater, because all dishes are genuinely delicious and the friendly staff is always ready with a word of advice.

HealthBenefits

Atithi Indian food offers more benefits than just satisfying your appetite!

Atithi Indian food includes perhaps the most dazzling array of fresh vegetables and fruits cooked in a multitude of ways that help retain their freshness and nutrients. A lot of cooking processes tend to cause vegetables to lose their nutrition & health benefits, but not Indian cooking. Thus, Indian food allows you enjoy its health benefits in a more enjoyable way.

Traditional Indian food almost always uses fresh ingredients and involves making dishes from scratch, which means less preservatives and overall healthier food. By cooking Indian food the authentic way you are avoiding prepared meals that do not provide the nutrients you need.

Atithi Indian cooking uses spices like turmeric, ginger, garlic and green chilies – all of which have medicinal and healing properties. So when people think of Indian food as being spicy, what they don’t realise is that the spices used to make the dishes are actually good for the body and don’t just taste nice.

Atithi Indian meals include carbohydrates, proteins, fats and fibers, all of which are elements that you need for a balanced diet.

Finally, yoghurt is often used in Atithi Indian food and foods made from fermented milk keep the digestive tract healthy, thanks to the good bacteria that they contain. They are also packed with calcium, which means eating them regularly can help you keep from gaining excess body fat, and it can help prevent developing insulin resistance, which is often a precursor to both diabetes and coronary heart disease.

All our food items have dietary labels, and choices of vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free, Pescetarian, Pollotarian, body type food etc are some of the significant characters of our menu.

Ayurveda Food & Beverage consultation is done by our General Manager Hari Bhatt. He determines the body type dosha and guides you for your conducive diet, which will be very much beneficial for your overall wellbeing – be it physical, mental, spiritual or emotional.
